Forgot garlic dip unfortunately

Thought we would try the newly opened Royal Pizza and weren't disappointed. Food was fresh, delicious and arrived really quickly.

Lovely man delivered our meal. It was really nice.

Very disappointed tonight as not up to usual standard. Food only lukewarm, garlic bread was burnt and Parmesan over done. Was an hour late too. Hopefully just a one-off bad experience.

Forgot to put the salad in got home and realised too far to drive back dissapointed

Completely missing order yesterday, called in advance to let them know.. order did come but missing 2 garlic and was told they'd be sent out.

Order didn't arrive after speaking to Mealzo they are issuing me a refund but still gave pizza royal benefit of doubt and ordered tonight instead

Ordered for collection for 9.40pm, Was contacted at 9.10pmsaying order was ready to collect. Obviously by the time I got there and got back to work, food was cold as it was prepared so far in advance... No free pizza or garlic bread as stated, spend over £25 for freebie... nothing. It’s handy for work due to location but unfortunately this will be the last time...

I asked for my order to be delivered at 19.20 it turnd up at 17.30 not good as I was still at work till 6.30
